The service unit University Library and Archive Services, supported by the Institute Vienna Circle of Achim Eschbach (Essen), acquired the exile estate and library of Karl Bühler (1879-1963) and Charlotte Bühler (1893-1974). The psychologists couple were members of the University of Vienna in the 1920s and 1930s. Karl and Charlotte Bühler were expelled from the University of Vienna and left Austria in the Nazi era.
